In-Person Notary

  • Notarial act (per stamp): $25 — Tennessee state maximum
  • Minimum travel fee: $25
  • Premium customer-suggested location fee: +$25 when selected
  • Additional mileage: $1 per mile after the first mile, when applicable

The $25 fee applies only to the notarial act. Travel, premium location, and mileage charges are separate when applicable.

Mobile Notary

  • Notarial act (per stamp): $25 — Tennessee state maximum
  • Travel fee: $25 base, including the first mile
  • Additional mileage: $1 per mile after the first mile

Mobile travel charges are confirmed before the appointment is finalized.

Remote Online Notary

  • Status: Coming soon pending Tennessee approval
  • When active: $25 per online notarization
  • Additional fees: Any administrative, technical, identity-verification, convenience, or operational fees will be presented clearly before booking
