All notarizations are performed in compliance with Tennessee law based on the notary’s physical location at the time of notarization.
Client responsibility
Clients are responsible for confirming that their documents are eligible for remote notarization and, if requested, that a printed and wet notarized copy will be accepted by the receiving party.
Ralwyn provides notarization services in compliance with Tennessee law. Acceptance of notarized documents by third parties, institutions, agencies, or jurisdictions is outside the control of Ralwyn.
