Lisa is a registered nurse and clinical leader with 15 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, postpartum, and women’s services. Her background includes patient care, team leadership, staff coordination, operational support, and daily clinical oversight. As a Clinical Staff Leader, she has played a key role in scheduling, communication, conflict resolution, and supporting staff and patient needs with professionalism and sound judgment.
